法國(guó)樂榆酒莊，從史冊(cè)記載，可以追溯到1238年，是當(dāng)時(shí)為數(shù)不多的規(guī)?；N植酒莊。釀造則始于17世紀(jì)中期/酒莊坐落于波爾多左岸”，與吉倫德河相聚8公里，北至多爾多涅河。1828年，愛德.科洛洛斯公爵購(gòu)入酒莊，至此一直由科洛洛斯家族管理。該酒莊由當(dāng)時(shí)的頂尖釀酒師凱羅恩.伯萊特先生釀造。
從18世紀(jì)到19世紀(jì)初該酒莊僅對(duì)皇家貴族使用，莎菲.路易斯公主更是對(duì)樂榆酒莊青睞有加，成為當(dāng)時(shí)極為盛名的傳承貴族酒莊。經(jīng)過三個(gè)世紀(jì)的發(fā)展，卡特萊.科洛洛斯伯爵為了讓更多的葡萄酒愛好者品味到高品質(zhì)的樂榆酒莊，葡萄種植面積增加至13公頃。主要種植赤霞珠，美樂，品麗珠及國(guó)際葡萄品種馬爾貝克，小維多，長(zhǎng)相思等。 酒莊平均樹齡達(dá)15年以上，使種植的葡萄水分糖分充足，更具礦物質(zhì)，完全發(fā)揮出該葡萄品種的特性。遵循老莊主傳統(tǒng)，酒莊傳承著有機(jī)無污染的使命，延續(xù)人工耕土、人工采摘、人工挑選，并使用帶梗破皮壓榨法，讓單寧更加渾厚強(qiáng)勁，只為讓樂榆品質(zhì)更加出色。
酒莊使用古老傳統(tǒng)冷浸工藝釀制方法，并采用北緯35°特級(jí)白橡木桶儲(chǔ)存釀制，地下酒窖溫度控制13攝氏度，保證了恒溫及微生物的活躍與完美發(fā)酵，至使樂榆紅酒更據(jù)醇香濃郁。
